  1. Comment - Verizon to eliminate unlimited data, add shared data plans

    (May 22, 2011 - 5:59 PM)

Mine was unlimited. Yes it was expensive. But not as expensive as 3G will be. Yes FiXxer I was a bonehead and didnt do my homework. What good is broadband when you have to pay by the gig? Anyways I will adjust my usage. I just dont see how they will be able to cap usage so low and charge so high for long. Cloud computing maybe is the answer.

I decided to drop a land-line isdn in favor of wireless 3G. HUGE mistake. Didnt realize I could use 4 gigs in one day easy. I am only allowed 4 after thats its 10 bucks a gig. WOW I got games on steam that are more than 10 gigs. I feel so stupid signing that AT&T contract. Oh well no more streaming anything for 2 years. THANK GOD I didnt get 4G. Why are Ipad and Iphone owners are staying quiet. No way they can keep this up. I just cant believe it! Least I can still post at BetaNews!

Why need a cell phone or pc or TV when you could have a pair of eye contacts with sound by optic nerve transfer that is also a 3-d home theater, pc and cell phone.

  5. Comment - The National Broadband Plan is complete, now the hard part starts

    (Mar 17, 2010 - 4:05 PM)

We are so far behind other countries in broadband for the masses its laughable. The US simply can not get anything done. I dont see it happening now or in the near future or even the distant future. But when they do I am sure they will waste billions and over-charge everyone for usage. That seems to be the American way nowadays.
