This Microsoft tool also requires the internet... so if I was doing some remote support and connectivity wasn't the problem I would have them download and install teamviewer first.

  5. Comment - Dual Monitor Tools 1.8 -- for when one screen isn't enough

    (Apr 18, 2011 - 4:28 PM)

In Calc_Yolatuh's comment he uses the word "netbook's". In the English language that is the possessive form of the word netbook. A netbook is very similar to a notebook computer. Netbooks, much like notebooks, have built in LCD screens and you can also attach an additional external display. Now I might be wrong about this, perhaps Calc_Yolatuh really was talking about network management tools and they simply misspelled the word "network" and typed "netbook's" instead, but I suspect that when Calc_Yolatuh typed "netbook's management tools" they were referring to the tools used to manage multiple displays/screens that came with the netbook. Please let me know if I need to explain to you what a notebook computer is, I do realize that you would need to know what a notebook computer is in order understand this comment and yet I also realize that it is entirely possible that you don't know what a notebook computer is...
