   Recently purchased this program. There is no, repeat no, technical support for this company. The POC referred me to a third party for technical assistance with BCSS at a rate of $60 an hour even though the site promises free lifetime support.
   Phone calls and emails to the company and support go unheeded and unanswered. The old adage of you get what you pay for is certainly accurate for BCSS.
   Lastly, the payment was encashed by another company, not BCSS, that has legal issues and an F rating with the BBB.
   I would NOT reccomend this program to anyone.
