"and lack of applications " um ... I beg to differ. The lack of applications is a BIG problem. I'm a huge advocate of android, early adopter .. etc etc. I do carry an iphone as required for work but I have an ACER iconia, which specs wise is very nice. On the other hand my wife (who has a Samsung Galaxy S) is a Nurse practitioner and would NOT get an Android tablet due to the lack of tablet format apps for medical professionals. So she carries an ipad 2. This isn't just a problem for professionals, try epicurious on a 10in android tab, or Facebook (horrible experience) no skype video calls either. I'm sure this will get better with time which is why I still have the Acer. But it pretty excruciating when you have an ipad in the house.

What you guys don't understand is that the average mac user is SOOOOO much smarter than everyone else. That's why they had so much more money to pay a premium for the same hardware. Just google it, it's because they're more intelligent!

It's pretty simple. No one would (and few could) pay 3000.00 for the union markup here. Heck it would probably be 1500 just for the minimum wage markup.
Also, as much as you wouldn't like to believe this; the unemployed here in the US are MUCH MUCH better off (what with their free cell phones, internet, housing, cable and food) than these people would be if they lost these jobs.

Here is your comparison of ink and oil http://hongkongphooey.fi...om/2006/11/hp-chart.jpg.
I too would rather know what the numbers behind why I'm being told I need to change my oil. And, "to increase the service center's bottom line" is the first reason I can think of.
