Sure and well their at it they may as well move the US to the metric system.

  2. Comment - Betanews readers offer mixed reactions to IE9

    (Sep 23, 2010 - 3:01 PM)

I tried the beta and immediately removed it. I like IE8's menu, status and command bars and I don't like 9's. IE9 beta is fast but it's clumsy for old folks. It is too much like Google chrome and Firefox 3.6 which I hate.

  3. Comment - Digital Music Forum: Sony Music chief foresees the endgame for CDs

    (Mar 1, 2010 - 6:37 AM)

Our parents said the same thing about vinyl records and their parents said about radio over tv. Subscriptions services have been around for 200 years, and these services are no different. They come and they are popular for awhile, then they go away because something new replaces them.

  4. Comment - New bill could make texting while driving illegal nationwide

    (Jul 30, 2009 - 1:12 PM)

Congress does not have to make a law at all. the National Highway Safety Board justs issues a determination in the Federal Register for 90 days for auto manufacturers to install an device in cars to dampen the signal for text messaging while the engine is running. If they can dampen cell phones signals in buildings, they can do this. As for current cars already on the road, the Congress can only pass a law for vehicle on the Interstate Highway System. They do not have the authority to govern state or local roads.

Nothing in the article states if you have Windows Vista Ultimate, you can downgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium or Professional.
