    Wow, through windows update, they've been tracking computer configurations for years!

    Now, through this "new" initiative, they'll track you wihth your permission! This will really help them maintain their superiority by knowing just how to make competitive software run worse than their own.

    I say everybody sign up and ensure that your system will only work with genuine Microsoft Products! After all, you wouldn't want them to make less money in the future, would you?
