   I believe Metfanant was referring to comparable sales at the same lifecycle point - I don't know how the numbers compare, but maybe the PS3 could be ahead of the Xbox360 when it was this young...???
   
   Personally, I own a PS3, bought quite simply because it was the cheapest Blu-Ray player on the market. I am very happy with the HD playback capabilities, but I'm sure the Xbox360 with HD-DVD does equally well in that camp. I'm mostly just annoyed these muppets couldn't all just get their respective acts together before this new eruption of pointless hostilities.
   
   Case in point - at least one movie I've read about uses EXACTLY the same encode for BOTH formats - WHAT is the point???
