   i just tried testing this and one thing didn't work (surprisingly). i called my android phone with google voice as my voicemail and the voicemail never kicked in. it sounds like in gmail that it keeps ringing, but on my cell phone it was actually 3 different separate calls. calling from a regular phone confirmed that my voice account was working and it picked up after 4 or so rings. in gmail it eventually gives up and says something to the effect of "user was not available".
   can't believe that their own products are not working well together like that.

   checking for updates don't do anything when your particular phone doesn't have an official update. e.g. sprint hero... stuck on 1.5 since it's release in october. i installed a 2.1 rom on mine, but i doubt most users are going to be doing the same.

   is that a typo in the last paragraph "nearly 86% of all devices running that version"? that last pie chart doesn't show 86% running 1.6, maybe 56%??
