  1. Review - AdBlock Configurator For Opera

    1.3.0 (Mar 3, 2010)

Works great. Click on the box in the lower right to get an English version.

  3. Review - Cobian Backup

    9.1.1.193 (Nov 4, 2008)

TC17, when you go to create a task, there's an option right on the General tab that says:
"Create separated backups using timestamps" right below "Include subdirectories".

  4. Review - Opera for Windows

    9.50 Build 9681 Beta (Nov 30, 2007)

When I upgraded, it wiped out the History and Sessions. Annoying. Now I'm less likely to upgrade.

Edit: Diam0nd seems to be clueless about the point of a review.

  5. Review - BOINC for Windows

    5.10.21 (Development) (Oct 3, 2007)

A pity when people rate a product they don't comprehend. Point Zero seems to have zero comprehension. Distributed computing helps take some difficult tasks and make them possible within our lifetimes.

BOINC needs a better UI. Being able to change prefs for a project within the UI, getting more info about a project when trying to add a new project, getting a better idea of what projects are available, etc.

At least you said "simplify". Macs aren't secure. It would be ignorant/stupid or disingenuous to claim otherwise.

  8. Comment - Apple left default passwords in batteries, making them vulnerable to hacks, explosion

    5.10.21 (Development) (Aug 3, 2011 - 7:18 PM)

Putting functionality in hardware makes it way faster and reliable than doing so in software (though you do lose flexibility).

  9. Comment - Why I chose iOS and Windows 8 development over Android

It also works fine on the iPhone.

Nobody uses Silverlight? Tell it to Netflix. Either you are ignorant or a liar.
