1.0 Beta 2 (Dec 18, 1999)
it works with windows 2000 server build 2183 (RC3), although i don't know about 2195.x. If this program doesn't work with Windows 2000 then it is stupid, cause it uses a windows 2000/new technology installation program by microsoft. why have a windows 2000 install program if the program doesn't even work in windows 2000. i know the install program is for all platforms but it is integrated in windows 2000 so... anyways i found the program slow connecting to stations on the internet, which might be easy to believe, but i have a cable modem and i should have to wait 30 seconds for each station. the sorting of stations is wh***able. why use this program when internet explorer 5.0 has a ratio station bar? all this program has is a nice little/slow graphicy interface.

gnutella.nerdherd.net - that's my site.
the source code hasn't been given out. if you would have stopped to read the information on the website you would have seen that the source code is not suppose to come out until version 1.0. that's the way it will probably stay. for now, while we wait.. the protocol has been reversed enginnered.

no.. the willamette or whatever used cooling..
http://www.intel.com/pre...e/releases/cn22399d.htm
has the information for the processor. i'am all for intel.
and i can see why they used a cooler. the processor was only in its testing stages and i see why they used a cooler. they were showing a testing product, or a product in testing, now.. you know how bad it would look if you had that sucker heat up and overload right before your eyes infront of everybody. therefore intel used this cooler system as protection agianst anything like what happened when bill gates debuted windows 98 and got the blue screen of death. i'am not saying that the willamiette processor would explode without the cooler, i'am saying it is better safe then sorry. anyways, intel would never release a processor that required cooling.

0.13 technology is talked about here:

although they have not actually release the .13 micron processors yet, no where did it say it had released the processors, therefore you wouldn't see much coverage on it now would you?
