F-Secure did destroy my Windows 98SE installation years ago. It all did F up completely after install. Phoned to F-Secure and talked to their support how to solve the F up. After a week i gave up, formatted the harddrive and installed Windows 98SE again. Then i sent F-Secure a snailmail where i demanded that they took back the program and gave me my money back + some extra for all the problems and work it gave me. I was surprised, they accepted ! After that i have never used F-Secure again.

"Yes, that was a disaster with Vista." - same goes for Windows 7 and Windows 8. MS should return to its roots Windows 2000 / XP and build something from that instead. Many users don't use all new crap in Vista, W7 and W8. It should be like Red Hat Linux many years ago where You could decide what was installed or not. let people choose for themselves. But MS will fail again. I believe that MS will only make OS for servers in the future.
