    Your statement, third paragraph from the bottom states that Micrsoft picked up a number of new customers. Shouldn't that state that Novell picked up a number of new customers?

    Novell's deal with Microsoft, although controversial, is very much in line with the realities of the market. Customers need to have Linux and Windows working together.

    It would appear to be an astute move on Novell's part, at the same time, to be strengthening its ties to IBM. The Linux market is still very much in flux.

    It is interesting that Dell has chosen to sit on the sideline for now with Ubuntu but IBM sees a possibility.
