These folks claiming Chrome is spyware, really need to read up on how the internet works. If Chrome is spyware then so is every other browser in existence, since they all do the same things.

Love google chrome, wouldn't use anything else.

@b0mmel I'm pretty sure the UI is still a work in progress. Which means its gonna look unpolished.
Note that this isn't even 4.0 Beta 1, its a candidate build to be labeled Beta 1 should it pass the necessary testing.

Not really. Clicking download redirects to Connect where upon entering the beta program, you get to download. Not really that hard to do.

That would explain how I was just able to download the source code to my favorite Windows development tool. And how the apps that I use it to develop work on other OSes besides Windows. Yep, surely explains a lot.
