   This has been a inconvenience to me and the family. Navigation problems have occurred and it seems impossible to uninstall and reinstall the last software. We are waiting patiently for the corrections. I know that this happens we support the technicians and their efforts are appreciated. I thank you for this article because sometimes just hitting the wrong area or button can setoff unwanted events when dealing with computors. This article let me know that I was not in error.
