11.04 (Natty Narwhal) Beta 1 (Apr 1, 2011)
Natty may replace Windows on my desktop and definitely on my laptop. There's never been a better time to switch to Ubuntu. Natty rocks! Unity rocks!
4.0 Beta 10 (Jan 25, 2011)
Not a bad browser but there is not enough here for me to switch from Google Chrome. Even on Windows, Google Chrome is like a mini operating system for the internet which comes complete with notifications, extensions, apps, themes, sync, and more. Firefox 4 seems to be playing catch up but Chrome still has more stuff going for it. I also hate restarting after installing extensions. LONG LIVE GOOGLE CHROME!
4.0 Beta 9 (Jan 14, 2011)
Chrome is still better! Firefox 4 is too little too late.

This was great back when Windows XP came out. Its now 2010 and we are now in the age of Windows 7. This software needs a major update or Google needs to kill it. I already have desktop search and gadgets built in to Windows 7 and someone needs to let Google know that the sidebar is dead. However I would love to have something that would display my Gmail count, my Google Agenda, and Tasks on the desktop similar to Outlook's To Do Bar. Please update this old software Google, please!

I want it now but I'm impatient. I never understood why it takes so long for Microsoft to release software. As soon as I don't absolutely need Windows, I'll probably jump ship to Linux or Chrome OS. Ubuntu releases every six months and its free. Windows 8 will probably come out two years from now, will cost even more than Windows 7, and will probably feel outdated soon after. I am not impressed with the UI so far either. Overall, I am not impressed or anxious for release.
1.) Personal
2.) Windows 7(Home PC and Laptop) / Ubuntu (Laptop) / Chrome OS (CR-48)
3.) Windows 7 since first beta was released, Ubuntu since 11.04 was released, Chrome OS since December.
4.) Not sure if I do because it costs a small fortune.
5.) I want Windows to be free for personal use and updated more frequently, however I am sure hell will freeze over first.

No, right now I have a CR-48 so I'll wait for the prices to come down.
