4.0 Beta 5 (Sep 10, 2010)
It is not ready yet... it behaves more like an alpha than a beta. Several pages that I visit will not load correctly (if at all), it crashed on me twice in one day, it mucks the cookies (I went back to 3.6 only to discover I had to clean my cache and certain cookies since I lost access to yahoo mail and gmail).
Oh... and this is a CPU and memory hog... would take a constant 25% of my CPU processes.
I'm baffled with all of these issues this is called a beta.

That is a bunch of bull... there are billions of dollars on uncollected tax returns from illegal workers using fake or valid social security numbers: http://www.msnbc.msn.com...4054024/#storyContinued

Who says I'm not legal? The point here is I would hate to be stopped by a policeman for no other reason that because I look a certain way. You have your facts wrong about this law because the whole purpose of it was to give authorities a free reign to stop anyone who they suspect of being illegally in the country. That has absolutely nothing to do with criminal activities like murder.
Imagine that I am on my way to my sister's wedding and I get stopped because I look "illegal" and due to it I arrive late for it. Who benefitted from this idiotic rule? No one, but I sure would have been unjustly aggravated. Who is going to compensate me for it?
If a law like this is allowed to pass, I wonder how many black or caucasian people would be stopped and asked if they have their passport, certificate of naturalization (which is an 8 1/2 by 11 document that you are not meant to fold) or green card.

I almost forgot to mention Kris Kobach in that group. He was the guy who actually wrote the bill and unfortunately is now Scretary of State in Kansas.

As a Hispanic, I'm completely against the SB1070 due to the level of racial profiling it can lead to, however I think LulzSec is misguided at best. First off, what they are doing is criminal no matter how you want to sugarcoat it. Secondly, they are targeting the wrong people: law enforcement officials are not necessarily the enemy (well, maybe with the exception of Chief Arpaio). If they wanted to go against someone (which I still do not condone), it should have been Governor Jan Brewer and State Senator Russell Pearce, who are the architects of this bill.

Ding ding ding! That is the reason Apple has not said anything. With Jobs giving this grandiose speech about icloud or whatever the name of the service is, the last thing he wanted to do was to explain to reporters how he was going to make it safe given the hacking problems in itunes.
