   I am a Yahoo Groups owner. I have two groups through Yahoo. It is by far the perferred group place on the net. Google is by far my favorite search engine to use, but I love the Yahoo groups, that is until about six or so months ago when they started having all kinds of problems. People are bounced when there is no way they should be bouncing. Several groups make stationery and tags and Yahoo has even managed to make them where they are not intact like they should be the way they used to be. They are usually so now, however it takes forever for them to load the correct way using Yahoo. They have changed the way you can get your email but most of us don't think it is a better way and when they changed it instead of keeping it the way it was, you had to get it the new way and if you wanted to change it back you could do so but it took a long time for anyone to find out how you could do it where it would stay that way instead of chaning itself back to the new way. Customer service is certainly a lot to be desired. If you ask a question and it is not worded just so forget finding an answer and forget hearing back from Yahoo in a timely manner. There's need to be some big changes and those changes need to be back to the way they were with maybe some new things also. This is totally my opinon although there are always lots of talk in the groups about Yahoo. We refer to them as Yahell.
