   I tried it and hate it....
   1. If you have ever tried the windows 8 beta this does not even come close to the same thing.
   2. There is nothing compelling about this... lack of addons?
   3. Looks horrible with no multi monitor support.
   4. The one thing I tried to add to it was the control panel Tile and the whole thing crashed and would not start again just a constant error. At that point wasn't worth keeping around.

   Uriel .... you do realize chrome is built from the open source browser chromium.
   Besides I use Rockmelt chrome + social stuff.

   The only reason I ever used this messenger was because it was the first instant messenger on the internet literally, and I used to play Ultima Online, which is arguable still one of the better MMOs out there in comparison of features and rules sets.
   
   and well I despise this after they forced a password policy change and if you were using a 3rd party messenger you didn't get a notification about the password policy change and you got locked out of your account.

   Plenty of freeware and open source tools that do this better

   I live in this country and this administrations constant fear mongering needs to stop just to pass unconstitutional laws.
