Excellent little app for removing the nasties that come through AIM. Found and easily removed a Trojan no other antivirus software could even find. Great tool to have in your toolbox.

Still the best and only. It's great for general virus-hunting as well; include it in your cleaning-apps toolbox.

Amazing, it detected a trojan that no other antivirus/antimalware app found during scans!

Great program, as always!

Well, the warez program I downloaded was obviously infected with a virus that was designed for IE. It would randomly open up to unwanted websites.

If you don't use IE then how did it become infected in the first place?

IE, which I don't use, got infected at a warez site by something I've never encountered. None of my software cleaners/fixers could find the problem. I knew it wasn't an AIM problem, but I always recommend AIMFix as an essential virus-scanner to others, so I fired it up...BAM...problem fixed!

Jay, you've been high on my respect list in the AIM community since I first encountered you about 3 or 4 years ago. Keep it up!

Great program! It worked, yet again, on a friend's machine.

Oh yeah, improv spelled definitely incorrectly; he typed "definately". You shouldn't trust someone's knowledge if they can't spell such an elementary word.

@improvelence: If you have to make comments like that, you have far too much time on your hands. How about some productive comments since, as you know, that's what beta testing is about?

If you have to use this....you most definately do not belong on betanews or any other beta testing site....

Still best at what it does. And now it's getting rated what it should be! ;)
