5.16 now handles vbr audio

I wish under limitations they would put the 2 minutes at a time one there.

Works fine on smaller files, less than 100mb, no problems ever. However with very large files, I've noticed that the audio and video are not synchronized, it's rare I need to work on those mega files though.
