Bytescout PDF To HTML SDK allows developers to convert PDF to HTML without any additional software required. The SDK converts PDF to HTML with layout preserved and doesn't require Adobe Reader or any other PDF reader software to be installed. PDF To HTML SDK extracts images and fonts from PDF and preserves them when converting PDF to HTML. The SDK provides .NET and ActiveX interfaces and is made with 100% managed C# code.

Pros: maybe there is a usecase for that tool, but that usecase will only solve symptoms, not problems.
Cons: failure by concept. Dont use a pdf as source for html generating.
The source of the pdf should be used as source for the html generating.
PDF is by concept a oneway format.
Bottom Line: i dont see a usefull usecase.
