Close All Windows (or CloseAll) is a small enhancement utility for Windows that flashes a "close" signal to all running applications and then ceases. What can be easier than a task list with check boxes and OK button? You can select multiple apps by clicking them in the list and then click the OK button to close selected apps or use individual close buttons to close apps one by one.

It is worth to pay for this ? That depends on the user or try to get the older version 3.1.

Pros: Very useful to close everything in a hurry, specially if you have somebody looking over your shoulder i.e. parents.
Cons: Up to version 3.1 it was freeware, starting from version 4 it is not.
I don't see any significant improvement over the previous freeware version 3.1 in order to pay for it.
Bottom Line: It is worth to pay for this ? That depends on the user or try to get the older version 3.1.
