I got a bit further than Lawrence01, waited 30 secs for the nag screen to finish and had a quick look at what it did. It did not seem anything that other programs, which are kosher freeware, can do, so it's uninstalled.

I thought this was freeware, its more like nagware. You get the obnoxious mandatory wait while they try to get you to upgrade to a better version on your very first try. I promptly exited the program after the nagging wait without looking at the program, then I uninstalled it and deleted the install program. There are much better ways of trying to people to buy your program, this is not one of them. They should not label this program as freeware, or put in a disclaimer that it is Nagware. I would never have downloaded it in the first place.
