FavoritesAndFiles2HTML program can convert Internet Explorer Favorites to HTML files or you can create an HTML catalog of CDs, DVDs and hard disks and their folders' file structure and make it available for offline browsing and searching. These HTML files are easy browsable up and down through the folder's structure tree by the links in the folders and subfolders names. These files are ideal to view in the smartphone's HTML browser.

This is a very nice indexing program that converts my Favorites and Bookmarks into an easily navigable HTML file. It can also index your file folders and cd/dvd's. I've tried quite a few of these favorites converters/index and for me, FAF2H is the best.
I use it to put my bookmarks online to easily access when I'm not at home.

I've use FavoritesAndFiles2HTML since 2007 and am now on 1.1.9.
I've tried quite a few different programs that have ability to convert favorites/bookmarks to HTML format. This program is worth checking out.
