I have never needed to contact their support team or do any of my own self service support. The product works as advertised and is pretty self explanatory. If you are comfortable moving files between folders on your computer using the operating system's file manager then you could pick up using FileZilla easily.

Absolutely fantastic, I love having FileZilla on Linux and there seems to be constant updates to it which are downloaded automatically... nicccee!

I'm used to this in Windows, so no longer need Krusader for FTP.
Krusader still kicks a** though--just now there is a FTP-specific tool to take over that little part.

Pros: Reliable
fast
Cons: Not working with some ISP providers
Bottom Line: I have never needed to contact their support team or do any of my own self service support. The product works as advertised and is pretty self explanatory.
