Snake oil, no program can repair physical damage to a hard disk. The very idea is ridiculous. This might be able to mark bad sectors as good but that's a very dangerous thing to do because any data written to that sector in the future can (and probably will be) lost. If you have bad sectors, you need to replace the drive. Don't let these people con you out of your money.

This program is a MUST when you have hard disk crashes. It pay's for itself when you have recovered the data. I have been using it for months now.
