LaunchPro lets you to categorize all of your applications and allows you to access them with a single hotkey. Once you set your hotkey, just press the hotkey and the LaunchPro window will show up under your mouse cursor. From there, you will see all of you applications categorized the way you want them to be. You can also set global hotkeys for each application, letting you bypass the LaunchPro window and directly opening the application
