Microsoft reports Internet Explorer zero-day attacks
All versions of Internet Explorer are vulnerable to remote code execution through a memory bug. Attacks are currently being conducted with exploits that work on ie7, ie8, ie9 ,ie10 and ie11…
The vulnerability comes from an IE memory bug which makes it easy to load the remote code execution. Microsoft says that they are aware of targeted attacks exploiting this vulnerability, and a patch will be available sometime in November.
Firefox and Google Chrome are NOT susceptible to this attack, ONLY Internet Explorer….

Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.16384 works fine for me.
I haven't had any problem with logging into Google Mail or any of my sites that require a user name and password.

Well, it works as long as you DON'T need to use a password on a site. I'm serious, I could not get it to log onto Google, deviantArt or my company's webmail because it doesn't want to recognize the password field as allowing for text entry. I found a workaround for dA, but typing your password elsewhere and then cut and pasting into the password field is awkward to say the least. What's really bad is that the prior preview version didn't have this issue. Fortunately, system restore is my friend.
