Nicely done toolbar with some attempts to jam weak apps down your throat (just like Google, Yahoo and ever other toolbar). A couple of apps really make it strong, though, and the first toolbar I've installed in years. The automatic sync to Live Favorites is excellent, and Onfolio provides a superb way to store and find web snippets. Has built-in Live Writer integration both with the browser and Onfolio.

Microsoft gets a lot of knee-jerk dislike because of who they are, but Onfolio just by itself provides more value that you typically see in a free toolbar.

I knock it down to a four because you can't remove the web search field. With a search window already built into IE7, that needs to be made optional.

Fantastic! Does what it is supposed to do. It did not mess up my system and I installed it without any issues. It gels very well with IE7 and makes it the perfect companion. I really love the search feature. As for the slow search speeds, I advise Mr.Dirt(??) to buy a broadband connection because this is like 2006 & probably he is sitting in the interiors of Alaska where nobody has ever heard of broadband.

Very Poor, made IE7 behaviour really sloppy

I'd have to agree with the previous posts. The beta of the Live Toolbar and there was no problems. Uninstalled the beta and installed the final, crashed IE every time I tried to start it. Easy to remove, thankfully. Really liked it's password save features (much better than IE's or Google's), but with IE7 coming out fourth quarter, this toolbar doesn't have much life anyway (unless it works with IE7, I don't know...)

Messed up my whole system. Good thing I had Firefox to get me out of the jam.

Doesn't integrate at all with my system. The only tool I can use is Onfolio Deskbar. The actual toolbar doesn't show up anywhere, nor can it be found under any IE7 or desktop settings...
Onfolio is the only reason why I give it a 2 because it would be a nice tool - on the other hand also confusing though because RSS Feeds are already integrated into IE7...so why another tool for that?

It's slow as heck.

For some reason when the search results come up it's very very slow.

I think this is just Windows Live's standard speed.

What's funny is that I get better search results by going to http://search.msn.com than I do by searching at http://www.live.com

What a joke.

Microsoft is really screwing up these days. Get a job.
