NexNote is a skinnable sticky note application. It offers very simple skinning, the ability to set an alarm for each note (reminders), the ability to import/export note files locally or via ftp, customization of mouse clicks and, most importantly, ease of use.

Most of these sticky, note, alarm programs are way too complicated with too many features. I want something simple and quick.
NexNote does a decent job of keeping it simple.

It's a nice, small app but it uses over 12MB of RAM on my machine. For such a simple app, it should use far less RAM imo.

Well this application is designed to jot down quick notes without allot of extra fluff.It's small and unintrusive which is exactly what an app of this nature should be. The problem may not be with the app but may lie in the question "How many will toss their sticky pads for this?"

Please note that this program requires the .Net Framework 1.1 in order to work.
