OLfolders enables the access and sharing of contacts, calendars, appointments, tasks, emails stored on a different computer from each workstation simultaneously in a new or given network, a central enterprise wide real time access to an Outlook structure is possible, for security reasons optionally write and reader rights can be assigned. Each user is able to share either its personal folder or access personal folders stored on a remote computer within Outlook. Starting from 2 up to unlimited Outlook clients can connect to Outlook folders stored on the OLfoldersServer. It works also perfectly in an Exchange environment. The functionality of OLfolders extends a synchronisation program for Notebooks as well as an integrated Mail server for the internal and external email dispatch.
