Deal breaker for me is that if something goes seriously wrong and you reinstall program it doesn't seem to be able to easily find or recognize prior backups. I've used other backup programs (and even my tax program) and they search for and list prior sessions. Maybe it can be done but it wasn't as intuitive for me as other programs. I was almost ready to pay for it until I tested the aforementioned.
