Publisher's Description
PassMe is a program that allows you to have password access to your PC. Reason: Win9x doesn't have the same security as WinNT. You can easily bypass the logon in Win9x by pressing the Cancel button. With PassMe, it will force the user to enter your password. If the password is incorrect, the PC will reboot immediately.

The BIOS password can be easily reset, though.

I havent even download this one because its alot more sensible to use the bios password that is found in all newer computers. The bios password dosent even eat any ram.
