I love this program. It's the only one I use to manage my (huge) ROM collection. Unlike clrMame, this one doesn't take ages to figure out and doesn't have an atrocious layout/interface (looks like the clrMame guys tried to mimic cdrwin, which I also hated.) What I like the most about RomCenter is that it's very visual. You get to see exactly what's going on with your ROMs. Unknown ROMs turn grey, wrongly named ones turn yellow, good ones turn green. Two thumbs up!

ps. - lazyf00l, this is an update to v2.60 of the program and does NOT come with all the needed files. You must get the full version for that. It comes with the proper DLL files, which go in your RomCenter folder and not your root, path, windows or whatever folder. Also, this program does not put *any* files outside of its own folder or any registry entries!

RomCenter is a fine piece of software. Whereas it may lack the tons of detailed and finetuned settings you may find in clrmame (and hence I rate it 4 instead of 5), its intuitive interface makes it easy to manage your roms and always have a *visual* idea of what is wrong with your sets, which is definitely better than just reading reports. Another nice feature is the possibility to download updated dat files directly from inside the program, which saves you the weekly trip to logiqx.com with all the browsing and stuff.

Recommended, unless you want to spend your nights managing your roms.
