@CyberDoc999 correctly points out the uselessness of this program. I have 14 items in my custom sendto folder and none of them are similar to the ones offered by this program. You would be much better served using the freeware apps Open++ and or SendToA3X . As I said before, populating your Sendto folder with useful apps is not rocket science. paste "shell:sendto" in the run command box or the title bar of Windows Explorer and create your own shortcuts.

DIY : Open File Explorer --> Copy Paste : shell:sendto to the Address Bar or
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo
Create Shortcuts and drop them into the folder.

UPDATE: FileMenuTools is a way more flexible and configurable tool:

That said, @HT1, I stand by my review. Virtually every function of Send To Toys can be done with freeware apps and placing shortcuts in the sendto menu. I have a dozen functions in my sendto menu, including apps that ID the silent install command of a setup file; send items to the clipboard or command line, email something, copy the path or folder directory structure and a really nice SendToXasShortcut.vbs script by Bill James that can create a shortcut in the startmenu, startupmenu, desktop and , yes, even the sendto folder itself. Like I said, go to either of these freeware sites for better alternatives: http://www.autoitscript....dex.php?showtopic=33427

sweathog needs to try it before he opens his big mouth. its clear he has no clue what this does.

i've been using send to toys for years and trust me, for everything this program does, you can't have people just make a shortcut to them.

i love this program and will continue to use it for a long time, i haven't found anything better. 5 stars.

What a waste; just type: %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo and add your own toys to the menu? Alternatively, Cmenu or SendToA3X are much better choices although they don't have fancy icons.

I have used Context Magic for a long time and have seen nothing better. I'm sure this is fine but I have not seen any reason or features to make me change.

Wow. Very neat stuff and can be a big productivity booster.

No, it's not the same thing as TweakUI, which only lets you customize a single "SendTo" folder.

As always: try before you review, folks.

Pros: If need help to do something it might be ok to use but nothing really has changed since 2011 when this product was last reviewed.

Cons: Not of use any longer with information available any where you type.

Bottom Line: DIY : Open File Explorer --> Copy Paste : shell:sendto to the Address Bar or
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo
Create Shortcuts and drop them into the folder.

Pretty cool. Very easy to use and customizable
However, there are also manual ways you can use to customize your Send To Menu! Search it on Google. But for those who like it simple, this is a great software ;)

Nice, although a send to notepad option would push it to 5 stars!

The Potential here is amazing with a few little tweaks i would install this on every pc I touch.

Very cool tool! This is the first time seeing this.

One little option I would like is if I could put the things in the Send To List in the order I want.

Brian49

A neat little program.

Edit: To achieve reordering of menu items you can rename them in the program config (Send To tab), no need to open the Send To folder itself.

horsecharles

horsecharles reviewed v2.4 on Dec 14, 2005

Edit 1: what's nice is that i already had my own send shortcut to quicklaunch-- & it did not create a duplicate one nor overwrite it, esp. since i had it named differently too!

Edit 2: gate1975mlm-- why don't you open your %windir%\sendto folder & just sort the entries in the order you want? If that doesn't stick, sort by name & put spaces/special characters/numbers/ small letters in front of each shortcut(btw one space would alpha sort before two spaces, and so on) OR.... edit the created or modified dates so that a date sort gets them in the actual order you want... cappice?

Bravo, favoloso! Tutti dobbiamo tenere questa meraviglia.

This is actually a much more complex app than one'd think-- lots of customizable options & settings, and as well a lot of new additions-- everyone should have this.

Been using version 1.2 with 98SE and ME...it's one of those things that should ship with your OS...no problems with it so far..The only thing I was going to suggest they add to it (remember last folder), they just did with 1.3!.....
