Serif are based not a million miles from where I am, & although some of there pay for software is good: I use 3 full Serif programs they do give the hard sell & then some.
The free software is not particularly good & it's really a platform they use to try & get you to buy from them, (it's not called starter edition for nothing) if they ever get your phone number they will plague you for the rest of your life unless you are prepared to stand up to them, be warned they know every trick in the book & I don't agree with their selling tactics.

Memory hog and general piece of junk.
It requires you register in order to even use the thing, and that's just lame.
Don't waste your time on this - it's nothing more than a sales tool to get you to buy Templates for the sites you want to create.
BetaNews should be embarrass that they even put this garbage on their site.
