Utilities included in rent are used mostly for smaller, predictable premises (offices, especially small ones), where individual utilities consumption is not high.

I find Autoruns for example extremely useful is keeping your PC as lean as a Windows PC can be - Great software.

An essential set of tools for anyone with any sort of technical job related to Windows. The types and uses for the tools are so broad, I can't even narrow the target market down more than that, lol.

Oops, sorry. This is actually good software. I thought this was a review of 'System' Explorer. I adjust.

Always the best, of course ;). The only shame is that they went closed source after being acquired by Microsoft. I don't blame them though, the source code was ABUSED heavily by both malware authors *and* even legitimate software authors. It was 'lifted' essentially. Of course, I'm sure the people who did such things later had issues, as code stealing will just cause them problems if they don't fully understand the code they are stealing. Such code stealing makes me sick, but it is prevalent in the industry ;o. Anyone can imagine such without even knowing the industry - knowing human nature is enough.
