I have issues with pixels on my secondary monitor, but this program only works on the primary monitor. Also crashes on exit.

cousinkix1953, Of course it won't work if you haven't installed the .NET framework. Oubeaver is right and take his comments seriously. As for the program itself, it is a great program. At least the developer has tried to provide a possible solution. It doesn't hurt to try. Software can't fix hardware. Face it!

Why use this heavy .NET 2.0 for such small tool ???
Of course this tool will never fix any real dead pixel, but it may help in case of "locked" pixels by sending a lot of electrical on/off signal that could unlock it.

Very cool idea..
Unfortunately, the one stuck red pixel that came with my Dell 2007 monitor didn't go away after 3 hours of running the program..
I might try it once more, but doesn't look good..

Well I will give it an A for effort, but unfortuantely it didn't work for me. I've had a pixel stuck on blue since i bought this lcd a year ago, not too annoying since its towards the bottom of the screen.
On a plus side the program does function under vista.

cousinkix1953: You sir are an ass. Don't blame the application because your computer is so screwed up that it can't even install a simple little program. Seems to be working just fine for everyone else, hmmmm? Maybe its time to do a spyware/virus scan on your PC and find yourself an intro to computers class to take.
(An anger management class might help too.)
Oh yeah....sorry....this program actually did fix a "stuck" pixel on and older LCD. Pretty cool.

What a WORTHLESS piece of $hit. This prograsm won't even launch; so it isn't gonna work either. I tried installing twice with the same results. NOTHING! Then again, what do we really expect for nothing?

Excellent software! Does exactly what it says. It fixed a pixel that I had stuck blue for about 3 months. Now it's gone, in a safe way!

Well said, oayz. Physically dead pixels cannot be fixed, even with a program named UnDeadPixel. (Catchy, though, aint it?!)
UDPixel is great (and very small!) app for checking for backlight bleeding, testing your monitor, or maybe - just maybe - unsticking a stubborn pixel or two. I give it a 5 out of 5 for effort, being simple and not breaking anything.

You shouldn't confuse dead pixel and stuck one. Phisacally dead pixels can not be fixed with s/w.
This software tries to fix stuck pixels by continiosly toggle them on/off.
Nobody knows if they'be got dead ot stuck pixel so it's worth to give it a try.
Unfortunately the name of the program is misleading

It's bad joke. There is no way you can fix physical problems with software.And dead pixel is physical problem.
