I wonder why it is you seem to encounter issues with most apps you try, while the majority appear to have no problems at all. Could it be....dare I say it...operator error!!
No problems with this one for me...it is a fine app.

Tried it as it says it will handle tens of thousands of papers with little to no cpu.
Refuses to run and only locks up and has 100%cpu.
Pfffffff. Pass

Excelent! The CPU usage was really love, I like this app, on one hand I would like it to have a rate system like Wallpaper Master but on the other hand it is much lighter :)

The best wallpaper cycling utility, period. Absolutely packed with options, and the shareware version is even better, not to mention worth it. Very well supported, too.
