xeus is an instant messenger with xmpp protocol support. In other words, it is a Jabber client. Its user interface is implemented in Windows Presentation Foundation.

If you had bothered to install the ".NET 3 Framework" it would probably work.
Its a little on the slow side though, and missing a great deal of options that other jabber clients usaly have.
But it looks nice.

doesn't run on my machine either... just crashes at startup.
