  3. Review - WinPass

    2.1.0.0 (Jul 15, 2009)

What does this product do that a free software like KeePass (http://fileforum.betanew...d-Safe-v2x/1086630189/2) not do?

What is the incentive of paying for this product?

3 rating given without testing or evaluating product.

  4. Review - Total Commander (32-bit/64-bit)

    7.50 Beta 3 (May 15, 2009)

Not so much a flame, emanresU deriseD, as I believe a difference in perspectives.

This item is a very critical tool for myself. Its exceptionally functional in every aspect that I wish to use. The gui is not ugly; however, its not been updated in many years. The gui is actually better than its predecessors like Midnight Commander and Norton Commander.

As a system administrator on multiple platforms, to have a tool that behaves or acts as other tools on other operating systems.

So from a standard user perspective, maybe glitz and glam is important. If you think this tool needs it, write one for it. Its just a shell of the application. I believe for myself, most power users, and systems administrators this tool works exactly as we want... no bloat, no extra crap, mods galore to provide even more functionality.

I've never regretted purchasing this item, nor have I ever found its equal in functionality in 15 years of systems administration. If you can find something better for your needs, all the more power to you.

  5. Review - Online Radio Tuner

    2.0.4 (Oct 2, 2008)

Does it still clip songs as you record them in such a way that it captures the first 1-10 seconds of the next song then splits the files and continues to keep doing the same?

  6. Comment - VMware Fusion 2.0 exits beta, can do 'virtual quad-core'

    2.0.4 (Sep 18, 2008 - 1:02 PM)

XEN has been able to support multiple CPUs for years now...

Glad to see MS gets on the bandwagon finally, and OMG, gets hype because of it.

Lovely another "innovation" from MS... *rolling my eyes*

  7. Comment - Where does Sarah Palin stand on technology issues?

    2.0.4 (Sep 8, 2008 - 10:44 AM)

Wow, implying I have a problem killing a convicted murder... over stepping your bounds aren't ya? Implying something that you have no knowledge about.

What your convictions are are yours, don't put them into my face and try to make me you. Every human being is distinct and its not only allowed, but encouraged by the most of the religions I'm aware of, including Christianity.

If you believe in Jesus, and you don't believe any and every person has a right to choose for themselves to be pro life or choice, you've missed the message. That's all I've got to say.

  8. Comment - Where does Sarah Palin stand on technology issues?

    2.0.4 (Sep 8, 2008 - 9:27 AM)

Thanks for your close and absent minded response. God gave you a brain, start using it instead of repeating what someone else has brain washed you into thinking.

God gave everyone the right to choice, and the sins were born by Jesus. Now get over it. If someone wants to be prochoice, they have a right, even given by God and Jesus. If they want to be prolife, then all the more power to them.

Its not up to you to make someone elses choices, that's why God gave up his only son so that we, humans on this earth, have the choice to live our lives knowing our sins are already absolved.

  10. Comment - Sony announces $399 80 GB PlayStation 3

    2.0.4 (Jul 15, 2008 - 4:53 PM)

Just means Sony doesn't get my money this round. I'll keep investing in another console or just keep upgrading my PC.
