I had a feeling you might need the service provide by your mobile phone, but i havent heard of many that do. I heard of one phone companie in italy that do it but im in the UK so thats not a lot of use. Anyone know he availability in England?

I think ICQ is great, hasnt that been fixed in this new release it is possible to disable plugins and for them to stay disabled, well its working on my computer anyway...
I would say this is the best instant messaging program its not perfect but...
