I just wanted to let you all know that we are aware that some of our earlier beta versions has alot of work left on them. We have been making steady progress, and I think you will find that 90% of the issues are now fixed.
Please give us a try. Also remember, we are one of the few live chat companies that will provide real human support any time! We try hard to provide quality technical support, and if you have an issue and let us know, we will fix it!

The concept of the program is pretty good but, this is not a beta release, maybe an alpha. Installed it and found tons of bugs on the program especially on the user interface. Installed their code snippet on my web site and when I try opening the site it tried to download an add-ons and will crash the browser (Firefox and IE7). Needs a lot of work.

very nice I'm glad to see that Boldchat, and Live chat are not the only ones doing this.
