Comodo is very bloated, only the install is 70+MB, use a combination of other soft take less , out there are better free antivirus and better free firewall, the last Outpost Firewall 2009 Free its more light and its better that Comodo in leak-tests ,that is that Comodo always presume. Comodo its a ad-ware-bloatware crap right now. Much better free alternative exist.

@ Second Shadow: The reason Comodo added the toolbar has absolutely nothing to do with money or keeping there software free, it has to do with adding there buffer overflow sandboxing to protect a browser from being hijacked, that is all, nothing more nothing less! Since they have now added it to CIS they no longer needed the toolbar, but have since changed the toolbar over to using there HopSurf instead, but as before its still optional, so I wish people get there facts straight including that rathole called Softpedia, who have for the last 2-3 years been as crappy and un-trustworthy as CNET, but thats another story :)

Oh to get you using your brain on this adware rubbish, try looking at other software for a change, like CCleaner, ATI Catalyst, Adobe products, or even MS Messanger.......then maybe people like you will stop this crap about Comodo and adware!!

When Comodo first started bundling the adware toolbar, Comodo Antivirus detected the toolbar as Malware. Take a look:

    Priceless :)

Anyway, to noonelives below, Comodo really doesn't need to bundle an advertising toolbar in order to be able to keep their software free. They're big enough of a company (do some research and you'll see) and, by their own admittance, "Comodo's main revenue comes from authenticating web business with SSL certificates". I don't understand user complaining about Comodo is a bloatware software, this is the best free firewall out there, and for any reason comodo is keeping this software free because there are receiving financial income from advertising.
It clear says that you can opt not to install it. User doesn't read, they just click Next button without reading...... Please don't bad rate software because your are lazy to read before install. ...

    Version 3.10.102194.530 has been released!
Great suite, you have the option to NOT install the adwares, be sure to uncheck all the boxes during installation and you are good to go!

Comodo has chosen to go to the dark side, so I won't be using their products any more.
