Comodo Internet Security is designed to be the that integrates Comodo Antivirus, Comodo Firewall and Comodo Defense+ in a seamless manner. We have also fixed many bugs in Comodo Firewall with this release.

Comodo Firewall or Comodo Antivirus can be installed as standalone products by using the same setup.

I've tried a bunch of firewalls, for the past few years, and am currently using this as my firewall because: 1) very low memory footprint, 2) next to no noticeable CPU usage as a percentage of total CPU time, 3) Defense+ not only catches new processes trying to run themselves or new processes but even creating new directories, 4) firewall defends against DOS attacks, 5) I can set it to install mode and it will remind me if I forget to return it to its previous mode, and 6) a bunch of others too numerous to list here and it is hard to find another product with all these grouped into one firewall/malware defense program. The only thing I would ask for is a reminder to take it out of learning mode and a better virus scanner (I don't use it -- takes 2.5 minutes just to scan my desktop -- I'd hate to imagine 100s of gigabytes). If they do, it should check entire disk including MBR. -1 only for the virus scanner -- remainder is top notch. Awesome program if they can address the virus section.

this Firewall is simply the best FW u can find for windows actually.
    works perfectly with windows 7.
if u dont like the antivirus that comes with the suite u're not forced to install it.
but the Firewall with the Defense+ with maximum settings is a must for windows users, why pay for a firewall as u got there what's is the greatest FW u will ever find.
that's not fan comment, but someone that used it for a long time now and there's no better FW outhere.

I dislike the fact that Comodo AntiVirus is only available now as part of this bundle, but it's easy to deselect the Firewall during setup, and the Firewall isn't bad if you don't already have something else you prefer. There is very little nagging about upgrading to their Pro edition, and Comodo's Hopsurf Toolbar (replacing the Ask toolbar which they previously included) is still easily deselected with no further nagging. Comodo recently added their own secure DNS but I prefer OpenDNS. For now at least, Comodo's DNS isn't selected by default so it's just an extra click on Next. Comodo's default mode (Clean PC) is a tad bit more "in your face" with overly cautious prompts than I would like, but it's comparable to what you'd expect to see with consumer editions of McAfee, Norton, etc. Performance has been fairly good in recent releases, but one weak area is DOS apps. If you've got a lot of legacy real-mode DOS executables, Comodo AV tends not to like it. It's OK to have text-based console mode Win32 apps (which basically look like DOS programs but don't require real-mode) but true DOS stuff makes Comodo freak out in ways that I can't seem to suppress or bypass. This release fixes a fairly stupid bug which caused Comodo AV to interfere with Windows Updates.

but adware in installation is shame...
but I can not install it, simply disabling it in installation...

I have to renew my last comment (bad = 1 star), because it was a fault in combination with Avast Antivirus ! Both together break the whole system and it will fall into basement (like i said before) !!! :-( I'm very sorry Comodo (my fault) !
The only weak point (my opinion) : It has to much false alarm (software installation) !

Comodo has chosen to go to the dark side, so I won't be using their products any more.
