Reviewing 2.0 (Aug 13, 2007)
Fast, simple, efficient, FREE. I've been looking for something like this ever since WS_FTP went corporate. Great little program.
Reviewing 2.0 Build 1487 Beta (Apr 7, 2007)
Very nice little freebie.
Saves Remote and Local start folders, nice drag and drop, simple interface layout options with the ability to customize. You can drag to resize the log window to be invisible, for instance, to help your file lists get more screen real estate. You can toggle off the status bar, etc. too.
Could use some more UI and Configuration simplification, but it is a basic, functional FTP app that doesn't cost, and that is good to see.
Please keep up the good work.
Reviewing 1.3c Build 1439 (Dec 13, 2005)
Great program. Very fast to use, etc. Good site manager. Customisation of view window is good. Items needing attention (in a perfect world):
Caching is not always reliable. Lacks a disconnect Icon. It would be even better with 'date filtering / searching' and a 'sort by filetype' column. There is basic filtering already there. It just needs some extending. A recursive cached filesearch would be great. An option for smaller (and modern) icons; and customisation of the toolbar placement / icons would be nice.
Hopefully this time next year it will have even more market share as it develops new features and improves. Coreftp lite is the only ftp client I use now.
