Reviewing 3.5.7 (Jan 16, 2013)
Program is deceptive. It is only 'FREE' for 1 site. Immediately on starting up the first time it prompts you to purchase the multiple site capable version.
It does not work well with multiple monitors... splash screen and program window start centered half off the bottom of 2 monitors so you can barely see it and once you do you have to drag it onto the monitor you want to use it on. It does not remember its window position either so you have to do this every time.

Thanks for the comments. It's rare that CuteRank will cause problem to the OS as we have tested it on multiple platforms before every release but maybe there is something we missed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yes we locked some features in the free edition, features that for commercial purposes such as report. However these limitations will not cause usability problems as a keyword rank checker for common webmasters and you can see our users are satisfied with it as it scores 4.5 so far.
There is a possible reason for the setting lost, you are not running the computer as administrator.
It's awkward that I need to rate it myself but I'll give it four stats because there is sure room for improvement.

It is not stable, locks up Windows and has to be killed with Task Manager.
Very limited on functions and displays nags to buy the paid version every time it starts up with no option to disable. Loses all of its settings each time it has to be killed with Task Manager. Makes you wonder who would be stupid enough to buy it since it is so unstable.
