DS Clock is a digital desktop clock that displays variable date, time, and time zone information built from the format string. The program allows you to fully customize its look and feel, and can synchronize your computer's clock with Atomic Time Servers. You can select any combination of date and time, pick custom colors and fonts, play Westminster chimes or custom sound, etc. DS Clock also allows you to show a tool tip window with upcoming reminders of Calendarscope and supports Swatch Internet Time and Stopwatches.

Apparently in Saint-Petersburg they call time zones, "zoones".
This program is reliable for seeing the time in any number of zoones.
I wish it could be set to stay on top of my desktop and not my windows, but it disappears from the desktop when any other area on the desktop is clicked - then if it is set for always on top it has to be on top of any open windows.
If you Ruskies could fix that I would truly appreciate it.
Very handy, thanks.

my favourite clock :-)
It is really good and I love time-syncronization.
Go on that way :-)
