MP3Producer extracts tracks from audio CD and converts them to MP3 files. The program can work in tree modes: CD to MP3, CD to WAV, WAV to MP3. It supports different formats of MP3 (MPEG1 and MPEG2) and all bitrates (8 - 320 bps, constant and variable). Using ID3Tag allows you to save song info (name of song, artist, album, year, etc.) in MP3 file. It supports FreeDB (CDDB). FreeDB is an Internet system which enables you to find the info on the CD you are interested in. With help "Fxtract segment" function you can play and copy to WAV/MP3 any part of CD. It can be both part of single track and several tracks together.

Very buggy program. I've encountered various problems with this program, ATAPI errors, etc. Tried using it since a couple of versions ago.

Sorry for this rate, but the author not reacts. On 2 pc's we have problems with the "play" functions of this software.

If you click the PLAY button, the play function start short, it stops now immedatly.

We wrote 3 Emails to the author and ask for help or a idea, what can create this problem.
But till today we not receive a mail or a other reaction ... that means now, that the support is not good if you need REALLY help!!

I have tesed DAC and MP3Producer,
MP3Producer works faster and it is easier to configure.
The graphic surface is more attractive.
