MSN Screen Saver is a screensaver that you can personalize with background photos and news and weather information from MSN or any RSS feeds from websites you choose. Stay connected with MSN Hotmail, MSN Messenger, and MSN Spaces. Track how many unread Hotmail messages and current Messenger conversations you have, and display blogs and photos from your friends’ MSN Spaces.

the MSN search bar still displays constantly, with no option to turn off. Quite an annoyance.
It also defaults to using IExploder as the browser if you happen to click on a link. No way to choose a browser of your choice.

I had two problems with this the first time I installed it...
1 - The required MSN Search Toolbar - which is now it's now an optional install as others have mentioned. I do not use Any Search Toolbars, I use Google, MSN and Yahoo to search the net with.
2 - I can not set the weather for any Canadian places!!! This would be a nice feature.

Very, Very good screensaver. I can display my backgrounds now without a utility that changes them, display news and weather....does everything I'd want in a screensaver. And no longer do you have to install the toolbar.

You can turn MSN Toolbar and Desktop Search off afterwards.
I like the idea of showing RSS news with random pictures.
