    I think that NuSphere PHPEd 5.X is by far the best PHP development enviorment, its really nice, its super fast, and fully featured, unlike the slow well under-featured Zend Studio, it also does not require Java. It even has remote server level debugging if you need it. So awesome. I hope others use it as well. I'm also a huge fan of UltraEdit.
